Moshe Kelman (2 September 1923 – 19 December 1980) was an Israeli military officer. According to the testimony of numerous fellow soldiers, Kelman was responsible for ordering the Ein al-Zeitun massacre and was a key participant in the Lydda massacre.[1][2][3][4]
