Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 is an upcoming flight simulation video game developed by Asobo Studio and published by Xbox Game Studios. A successor to Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020), the game is planned to be released in 2024 on Windows and the Xbox Series X/S.[1] Announced at the 2023 Xbox Games Showcase on June 11, 2023, it will include a career mode-style missions system. It is being run using Asobo's in-house engine.
