Medicare Resources (Chinese: 香港醫療關懷) is a Hong Kong-based non-government organisation which is dedicated to serve the needy in China.[1] The organisation was registered in Hong Kong in March 1997, and formally established in July 1997. It set up the Loving Heart Clinic (愛心診所) in Wuhan (武漢) as a base. Over the years, it has taken the initiative to provide medical and social services for the poor people in China in a human-based approach and at the same time promote Christianity.[citation needed]
