Mary Douglas Tindale (19 September 1920 – 31 March 2011) was an Australia Australian botanist.[1] She was an Australian botanist specialising in pteridology (ferns) and the genera Acacia and Glycine. She devoted her life to the study of ferns, and her name is widely associated with the group of flowerless plants.[2]
