Lida (Belarusian: Ліда, IPA:[ˈlʲid̪ä]; Russian: Лида, IPA:[ˈlʲid̪ə]; Lithuanian: Lyda; Latvian: Ļida; Polish: Lida, IPA:[ˈlid̪ä]; Yiddish: לידע, romanized: Lyde) is a city in Grodno Region, western Belarus, located 168 kilometres (104 mi) west of Minsk. It serves as the administrative center of Lida District.[1][2] As of 2024, it has a population of 103,916.[1]
