Lawrence Odiatu Victor Anionwu (5 May 1921 – 12 June 1980) was a Nigerian administrator and diplomat. He was the first Nigerian Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Nigeria's first Ambassador to Italy.^[1]^[2]
