The Korea Office of Civil Aviation (KOCA) (Korean: 대한민국 국토교통부 항공정책실) is the South Korean civil aviation authority.[1] It is subordinate to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT).[2] The head office is in the Sejong Government Complex in Sejong City.[3] As of 2013 the Deputy Minister of the Office of Civil Aviation is Dr. Choi Jeong-ho.[4]
