Kojo Tsikata (1936 – 20 November 2021)[1] was a Ghanaian military officer and politician, who served as the Head of National Security and Foreign Affairs of the Provisional National Defence Council (PNDC).[2][3][4][5] He was listed as a retired army captain in the Ghana Army.[6]
