Kenneth C. Hrncir (born May 3, 2001) is an American college football coach and former quarterback. He is the co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the University of Texas Permian Basin, a position he has held since 2024. He originally played for the East Central Tigers before transferring to the Texas–Permian Basin Falcons.
