Keith Douglas Rowland Mans,AE FRAeS (born 10 February 1946), British Conservative Party politician.
Mans was Member of Parliament (MP) for Wyre from the 1987 general election until the seat was abolished by boundary changes for the 1997 general election. He stood in the new Lancaster and Wyre seat, but lost to Labour's Hilton Dawson.[1]
