In 2024, Mulchandani ranked #34 on the Most Impactful Real Estate Leaders by Forbes Middle East.[6] He is ranked number 1623 in the Forbes list of the World’s Billionaires List: The Richest in 2024 with an estimated net worth of $2 billion.[7]
