Julio Eduardo Santa Cruz Cantero (locally[ˈxuljoeˈðwaɾðosantaˈkɾuskanˈteɾo]; born 12 May 1990) is a Paraguayan footballer forward who last played for General Díaz in the Primera División Paraguaya. Santa Cruz is most notable for scoring during the first–leg of the 2014 Copa Libertadores Finals. He is also the brother of Roque Santa Cruz.
