Major General Joseph Frederick Fil Jr.[1] (born 22 May 1953)[2] was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army in June 1976. He is a Distinguished Military Graduate of San José State University. He has served in Army units in the United States, Germany, Belgium and Iraq.
