Joseph Beech, or Joe Beech as he was more commonly known[1] (October 3, 1867 – February 25, 1954), was an American Methodist missionary and educator, member of Psi Upsilon and Phi Beta Kappa,[2] and founding president of the West China Union University.[3] He was a recipient of the Order of Brilliant Jade.[4]
