Jerman Lepcha (German Lepcha) was a well known reformist against the Kazi Contractors exploitation of the people of Sikkim. Father of ex Deputy Speaker of Sikkim Assembly Mr. Ram Lepcha and grandfather of Dorjee Tshering Lepcha.[1]
