Jeffrey de Graaf (born 21 November 1990) is a Dutch-born Swedish darts player. From 2024, Jeffery can also represent Sweden in the World Cup Darts for national teams (2 players in doubles) after a quarantine period of 5 years. He has previously played in seven World Championships (four BDO and three PDC) but lost in the first round each time, before winning his first and second round matches in the 2024 PDC World Darts Championship. He moved from the BDO to the PDC in 2016.
