Javier Alberto Barreda Jara (13 December 1966 – 3 June 2019) was a Peruvian sociologist, writer and public administrator. Born in Lima, he was educated at Cayetano Heredia University and Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.[1] He served as the Minister of Labor and Promotion of Employment for three months, from January to April 2018.[2]
