Jakob Altmaier (23 November 1889 in Flörsheim, Germany[1] – 8 February 1963 in Bonn, West Germany[2]) was a German journalist and a politician in the Social Democratic Party of Germany.[3] He was one of few German Jews who returned to Germany after World War II and became active in politics.
