Jacob Kitchline"Guesses"Virtue (March 2, 1865 – February 3, 1943) was a first baseman in Major League Baseball (MLB) from 1890 to 1894. He played for the Cleveland Spiders of the National League (NL).[1] During the split-season format played in 1892, he was Cleveland's first baseman when they won the second half of the season but ultimately lost the NL pennant to Boston.
