Jafar Mehdi oghlu Valibeyov (Azerbaijani: Cəfər Mehdi oğlu Vəlibəyov, 1907–1981) was the First Secretary of the Party Committee of Amasia District, Honored Journalist of the Armenian SSR (1971).[1]
