He played college basketball for the Alabama Crimson Tide. Green started his career in the G League (then D-League) and overseas before signing his first NBA contract with the San Antonio Spurs in 2015. He also played for the Memphis Grizzlies, Los Angeles Clippers, and Denver Nuggets.
