JaKarr Jordan Sampson (born March 20, 1993) is an American professional basketball player for the Beijing Royal Fighters of the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA). He played college basketball for the St. John's Red Storm. He is a frequent rebounder and shot-blocker, and is noted for his speed and a near 7'0" wingspan.[1] He won a national championship with Brewster Academy in 2012 after achieving star status with his high school team.[2]
