Ishmael Ashitey (20 November 1954 – 7 January 2022) was a Ghanaian politician who was a Member of Parliament for the New Patriotic Party. He was the Greater Accra Regional Minister of Ghana.[1] He was appointed by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo in January 2017, and was approved by the Parliament of Ghana in February 2017.[2]
