Iran competed in the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou, China from 23 September to 8 October 2023. Earlier the event was scheduled to held in September 2022[2] but due to COVID-19 pandemic cases rising in China the event was postponed and rescheduled to September–October 2023.[3][4]
