Indra Sistemas, S.A. (Spanish pronunciation:[ˈindɾasisˈtemas]) is a Spanish information technology and defense systems company founded in 1992.[citation needed] Indra is listed on the Bolsa de Madrid and is a constituent of the IBEX 35 index.[citation needed]
In 2018 and 2019 Indra was fined for participating in a 14-year cartel rigging the contracts for Spanish railway infrastructure and leading a 15-year cartel rigging the offers of IT services to several public administrations in Spain.
