Igor Mikhailovych Lukashov (Ukrainian: Ігор Михайлович Лукашев; Russian: Игорь Михайлович Лукашёв; born on 13 June 1962), is a Russian and former Ukrainian politician who had served as the 2nd head of Simferopol from 2017 to 2018.
He had also served as the Member of the State Council of Crimea from 2014 to 2017, even before the annexation of Crimea as a member of the Verkhovna Rada of Crimea since 2006.
