Hoseyni Rural District (Persian: دهستان حسيني) is in the Central District of Shadegan County, Khuzestan province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Ghoreybeh.[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 12,691 in 2,164 households.[5] There were 14,870 inhabitants in 3,310 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 10,949 in 2,707 households. The most populous of its 45 villages was Mansureh-ye Olya, with 3,242 people.[2]
