The Horlivka Institute for Foreign Languages (part of Donbas State Pedagogical University) is an institute of higher education originally located in Horlivka, Ukraine.[1] After the outbreak of the Russo-Ukrainian War, the institute was evacuated and is now operating in Bakhmut.[1]
