HireRight Holdings Corporation is a global family of background screening companies based in Nashville, Tennessee. The company became public via an initial public offering in 2021 with a listing on the New York Stock Exchange.[3][4] In 2024, private equity firms General Atlantic and Stone Point Capital agreed to acquire the company for $1.65 billion.[5][6]
