Heyran Rural District (Persian: دهستان حيران)[3] is in the Central District of Astara County, Gilan province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Giladeh.[5]

At the National Census of 2006, the rural district population was 3,061 in 678 households.[6] There were 2,500 inhabitants in 659 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,718 in 866 households. The most populous of its 24 villages was Mishend, with 518 residents.[2]
