The Havola Escarpment (84°45′S 98°40′W / 84.750°S 98.667°W) is an isolated, snow-covered escarpment about 30 nautical miles (56 km; 35 mi) northwest of the Thiel Mountains in Antarctica. The escarpment is arc shaped, 30 nautical miles (56 km; 35 mi), and faces south.[1]
