Gregory Everett Proops (born October 3, 1959)[1] is an American actor, stand-up comedian and television host. He is widely known for his work on the UK and US versions of Whose Line Is It Anyway?. He has also voiced the titular character on the US version of Bob the Builder: Project: Build It[2] in series 10 to 14.
