Göteborg musubi (Hawaii pronunciation: /ˈɡuːtjəbʊrɡˈmuːsjuːbiː/) (anglicized as Goteborg) or UFOs, is a food that combines a slice of Goteborg sausage with a ball of rice in the tradition of Japanese onigiri.[1] The Goteborg musubi is commonly associated with the island of Kauai. However, they are made and sold throughout Hawaii in more recent years.
