The Golden Gate Open is a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. The event held its inaugural edition in August 2023 at the Taube Tennis Center on the campus of Stanford University in Stanford, California. The tournament is on both the ATP and WTA Challenger tours.[1][2]
The 2024 event has been cancelled because of Stanford's plan to rebuild the tennis center.[3]
