Girasole (Sardinian: Gelisui) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Nuoro in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 90 kilometres (56 mi) northeast of Cagliari and about 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) northwest of Tortolì.
