Geraftaar (transl. Arrest) is a 1985 Indian Hindi-language action drama film directed by Prayag Raaj. The movie produced by S. Ramanathan.[2] It starred Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Madhavi, Poonam Dhillon in lead roles.[3] Rajinikanth played a cameo role as friend of Amitabh Bachchan.[4] The film is the third highest-grossing movie of the year 1985 and was considered as blockbuster according to its overseas performance.[5][6]
