George Haswani (Arabic: جورج حسواني, born 29 September 1946) is a Syrian-Russian businessman with close ties to the Syrian government of Bashar al-Assad. He owns the HESCO Engineering and Construction Company, a major engineering, construction and natural gas production company operating in Syria.[1]
