Fred Perpall is an American business executive.^[1]^[3] He is known as the first black person to be elected President of the United States Golf Association in 2023.^[4]^[5]^[6]^[7]

Since 2013, Perpall has served as CEO of The Beck Group, a US-based international architecture and construction company.^[8]^[9] He is also on the board of directors of FedEx.^[10]^[11]

In February 2023, Fred Perpall was elected as the 67th President of the USGA.^[12]^[13]^[4]
