Franklin Fernandes (3 May 1919 – 1 April 2007), better known as Frank Fernand, was an Indian filmmaker and musician who is remembered for some of the earliest films in Konkani cinema, such as Amchem Noxib (Our luck) and Nirmonn (Destiny).[1]
