Ephraim Fishel Hershkowitz (Hebrew: אפרים פישל הערשקאוויטש) (2 October 1922[1] – 27 May 2017), the Haleiner Rav,[1] was an American Hasidic rabbi, the senior Klausenburger dayan in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York.[2] He was a respected elder in the American Orthodox community.[3][4]
