Espie Dods House is a heritage-listed detached house at 97 Wickham Terrace, Spring Hill, City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It was designed by architect Robin Dods for his brother Espie Dods and was built c. 1906. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 21 October 1992.[1]
After Espie Dods vacated the property, the upstairs areas were leased as medical rooms, after which the building and basement were converted into tea rooms and renamed "Ritas at Dods House Restaurant". During the 20th century, the restaurant changed name multiple times, and in the late 1990s the basement bar housed an adult entertainment establishment. In the early 21st century, the ground floor rooms were used as offices of the National Trust of Queensland, and the basement level operated an escape-room style immersive theatre venue named Arcadium Adventures.
