Eshtehard Industrial Town (Persian: شهرک صنعتي اشتهارد) is a village in Sehhatabad Rural District of the Central District of Eshtehard County, Alborz province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,510 in 563 households, when it was in Palangabad Rural District of Eshtehard District, Karaj County, Tehran province.[3]

In August 2010, Karaj County, Nazarabad County, and Savojbolagh County were separated from the province in the establishment of Alborz province.[4]

In June 2012, Eshtehard District was separated from Karaj County in the establishment of Eshtehard County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with Eshtehard as its capital and only city at the time.[5]

The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,217 people in 408 households. It was the largest settlement in its rural district.[2]
