It will comprise 300 apartments across two buildings connected by a central podium: the 107 m (349 ft) tall North Tower and 50 m (163 ft) tall South Tower.[2] The buildings were designed by Jeffrey Bell Architects.[3]
Once completed, the North Tower will become the fourth-tallest building in Salford and the joint 17th-tallest building in Greater Manchester with City Tower.
