An Act to amend an Act passed in the nineteenth year of the Reign of his present Majesty intituled An Act to enable the Chancellor and Council of the Duchy of Lancaster to sell and dispose of certain Fee-farm Rents . . . and to enable the said Chancellor and Council to discharge Incumbrances affecting the Possessions of the said Duchy.[2]

The Duchy of Lancaster Act 1787 (27 Geo. 3. c. 34) is an Act of the Parliament of Great Britain.
This Act was partly in force in Great Britain at the end of 2010.[3]
