Douglas Edmund Capilla (born January 7, 1952)[1] is an American former professional baseball player. Drafted by the San Francisco Giants in 1970, Capilla was a pitcher and played in the National League for six years with three teams. He appeared in a total of 136 games, starting as pitcher in 31 of them.[1]
