Dmytro Anatoliyovych Shymkiv (Ukrainian: Дмитро Анатолійович Ши́мків, born 28 September 1975 in Lviv)[3] is a Ukrainian top manager in the field of innovations. Еxecutive chairman of Darnitsa Group (2018-2022). Vice-chairman of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine (from 9 July 2014[4] until August 31, 2018), ex-CEO of Microsoft Ukraine.[5]
