David Lewis Rubongoya (born January 6,1988) is a Ugandan lawyer, politician and University lecturer who played a key role in the founding of the National Unity Platform (NUP) political party, alongside its president Bobi Wine. He currently serves as the NUP's inaugural Secretary General since 2020.[1][2] He was also part of the People Power monement as an ally of Bobi Wine.
