Daisho Tana (田名大正, Tana Daisho, March 20, 1901 – October 1972) was a Buddhist missionary, leader of the Palo Alto Buddhist Temple[2] and is best known for his detailed diaries kept during his internment in both California and New Mexico. Husband to Tomoe Tana, a well renowned tanka poet, the couple had three children, Shibun Tana,[3] Yasuto Tana,[4] and Akira Tana.
