Conchoecia is a genus of ostracods in the subfamily Conchoeciinae.
The genus contains bioluminescent species.[1]Conchoecia have a coelenterazine luciferin based bioluminescent system, unlike the cypridinid luciferin based system found in the Cypridinidae.[2]
