Coleophora caelebipennella is a moth of the family Coleophoridae. It is found in most of Europe, except Great Britain, Ireland and the Balkan Peninsula.[1] It is also known from Pakistan.[2]
The wingspan is 13–16 mm.[3]
The larvae feed on Artemisia campestris, Artemisia vulgaris, Centaurea, Chrysanthemum, Gnaphalium, Helichrysum arenarium, Helichrysum italicum, Helichrysum italicum serotinum and Helichrysum stoechas.[4] Larvae can be found from September to July.
